I’m Carli — the baker, teacher, mama, dog mom, chicken keeper, and slightly wild human behind Wild Crumb Sourdough Co.

What started as a love for sourdough has turned into this little local baking adventure, and I’m so thankful for every order, share, recommendation, and new face that finds me here.

Around here you’ll find small-batch sourdough, our famous Cheddar Jalapeño loaf, cookies, seasonal muffins + whatever I’m currently obsessed with baking.
