I shared this in my stories but wanted to write it here as well… Flour + Flora is officially closed for business.

This has been such a bittersweet decision. Over the past year I’ve had the joy of meeting so many amazing people. Your encouragement and support of my fresh milled flour baking has meant the world to me. I always wanted to share the difference that real ingredients can make and I hope you’ve tasted that love in every item I’ve made.

Our family has decided to take a big leap… we’re selling (almost) everything, moving into a fifth wheel, and traveling the country full time 🚐

We are so excited for this new chapter. I’ll keep baking for my family on the road (there will definitely be a learning curve with a tiny propane oven!) and I may even share a few RV baking videos here once we’re settled. Who knows, maybe a little campground farmstand will pop up one day.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for every order, every kind word, and for being part of this journey with me. I’m stepping into something brand new, but I’ll never stop baking and sharing the joy of good food made with love. Here’s to what comes next 💫

Hamburger buns, y’all. 😍

These have become a must in our house…soft, buttery, and made with care and love from the best organic ingredients I can get my hands on: fresh milled hard white wheat flour, eggs from The Ten Acre Garden 🥚, 100% grass-fed butter, cane sugar, sea salt, and yeast. That’s it. Nothing weird, nothing you can’t pronounce. Just real food.

Every time I bring these to the farmstand, they disappear…so if you’ve been waiting to try them (or need to restock!), I’ll have a fresh batch out tomorrow at the farmstand at 41 Britts Way in Waynesville.

Open Thursday–Saturday from 10am to 6pm

Just dropped off a fresh batch of Flour + Flora goodies at the farmstand at 41 Britt’s Way in Waynesville, NC!

All made with fresh milled flour and 100% organic ingredients.

The farmstand is open today, tomorrow, and Saturday from 10 AM – 6 PM — stocked with local gifts, baked goods, and more.

Spotted something exciting in Waynesville — Farm to Cake Bakery is now baking bread with flour they mill themselves… just like I do at Flour + Flora!

I’m thrilled to see another local baker embracing fresh-milled flour. The flavor and nutrition just can’t be beat — once you taste bread made this way, there’s no going back.

The best part? Farm to Cake has a storefront and way more space than my little home bakery, so they can bake up even more loaves to go around!

Go show some support to a fellow baker who’s bringing bread back to the way it was always meant to be — slow, wholesome, and packed with real goodness. 💛

Straight out of the oven and cooling now… 🍞

Ten beautiful loaves of our fresh-milled sandwich bread—made with a blend of 75% hard wheat berries and 25% Khorasan (you might know it as Kamut). That’s whole grain flour, freshly ground from living wheat just before baking.

Naturally sweetened with local honey and made richer with Shady Brook Fresh Farm eggs.

No bleach. No fillers. Just real, honest bread the way it should be.
