I am a graduate from Johnson & Wales University with a degree in Baking & Pastry Arts and Food Service Management. I have always enjoyed baking but recently got into the decorating side of it. I do cakes and desserts for all occasions. I work with customers to ensure each order is created to their expectations. I am willing to try different designs or even recipes to meet customers requests. I am

Grooms cake I had the pleasure of making. It was chocolate cake, chocolate buttercream, and covered in fondant. Everything is edible except the top tier and it stood at exactly 2 feet tall. Definitely my favorite, and challenging, cake I have made thus far.
