It’s been said that when you stop giving your energy to situations that don’t serve you the universe/God (whatever it is you believe in) will rush in and flood that space with more than you could ever imagine.
For me, my once dark and hopeless space has been filled through Sun & C Sweets. I’ve been dealt some tough cards in my lifetime. I continue to work on myself and be relentlessly positive about my future, despite it all. I look at my vision boards daily & write past tense letters to myself about the hopes and dreams i have for my life. Slowly but surely, I’m watching those dreams come to life right in front of me.
Starting this business has reminded me of what a massive blessing my support system is. My friends and family have showed up for me in a way i couldn’t have imagined. Gifting me business cards/molds/supplies, taking a day off work to help me bang out orders, watching my kids while i run to the store because i didn’t realize i was out of cake boxes, ALWAYS encouraging me that i can do it, no matter what it is. Endlessly sharing my work. I love you all so much, and i truly wouldn’t be here without you.
It’s been just under 4 months since i started this business and I’m truly BLOWN AWAY by the support I’ve received! Not a week has gone by that i didn’t have something on my books. I’m making a living for my family & I off of something that i built from the ground up. I didn’t start this business just as a means of money. I started it as the little girl who struggled with severe ADD her whole life and walked away from a lot of different ideas. I started it to show myself that i could do it. Even on the hard days. To set a good example, and show my daughters that if they too believe in themselves, nothing is off limits. Thank you for making my life feel surreal. I love celebrating with all of you and bringing joy to your lives and special events! I can’t wait to see where this may take me in the future. I’ve found in my life that the key to abundance is being endlessly grateful for what you’ve already got, and Im so lucky to have my suppprt system & customers❣️
