🐝 THE TIDY BEE CLEANING CO. IS HIRING! 🐝

I’m looking for a reliable, trustworthy, detail-oriented cleaner to join The Tidy Bee Cleaning Co. and eventually take over some of my existing residential cleaning clients.

This is a BIG step for my little business. 💛 I’ve built relationships with my clients based on trust, consistency, and quality, so I’m looking for someone who takes pride in their work and understands that cleaning someone’s home is about much more than making it look good — it’s about making people feel comfortable having you in their space.

✨ What I’m looking for:
• Reliable transportation
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable and punctual
• Comfortable working independently
• Professional and respectful
• Cleaning experience preferred, but I’m willing to train the right person
• Able to pass a background check
• 2–3 references required
• Willingness to learn and follow The Tidy Bee’s cleaning standards

🐝 What I offer:
• Paid hands-on training
• Clear cleaning checklists and procedures
• Opportunity to take on recurring clients
• Tips
• Performance/reliability incentives
• Opportunity for additional hours as the business grows
• A supportive small-business environment

BONUS OPPORTUNITY:
I want to reward someone who proves they are dependable and does great work. After successfully completing training and demonstrating reliability with their first clients, there will be opportunities for training/completion and client-retention bonuses.

This position is ideal for someone who wants consistent cleaning work and the opportunity to grow with a small local business.

📍 Service area: Clackamas County, some Portland and Gresham locations.

💰 Starting pay: $25 per hour

Interested? Please send me a message with:

1. A little about yourself
2. Your cleaning experience
3. Your availability
4. Your service area/where you’re located
5. Two professional or personal references
