If you’re not feeling a full loaf of Kardemummabrod - it’s okay! That’s why we’ve got mini loaves! These cute little things are the perfect snacking bread!

☕️…and sometimes a pastry or cookie is a little much for that coffee break so these little guys are a perfect lighter option! Warm one up and give it a nice slathering of butter to bring out all of those aromatic cinnamon and cardamom notes! 🧈

If you’re lucky you might still be able to find some at Primitive Pickings - NH. If you missed them this week don’t worry! We’ll be keeping a good weekly stock of them there for the rest of the year 😉

The sun rays are just as excited as I am to debut our 🫐Blueberry Cinnamon Bread🫐 at Primitive Pickings - NH tomorrow! This is an absolutely delicious seasonal bread we only make for the summer!

We’ve also got some fresh Classic Rustic Loaves for all of your practical bread use and the return of our mini Kardemummabrod! These minis are perfect for if you don’t feel like a whole loaf of this bread. It’s the perfect snack size to pull apart and slather some butter onto!

🌞Happy June, everyone! Because it’s everyone’s new favorite we’ve got more loaves of Everything Bagel Sourdough on the menu this week! This is the most flavorful loaf of bread you’ll ever have!

With a savory mix of sesame seeds, garlic, onion and poppyseed it’s just the thing you need for the best sandwiches and toast ever! 🥪

🦉Good morning, everyone! June is just one day away and the new 6/3 Primitive Pickings - NH Mini Bread Drop and 6/6 Porch Pickup Menus are here! It’s going to be a busy week but with so much bread love out there it is absolutely warranted! We’re going to debut our seasonal 🫐Blueberry Cinnamon Bread🫐 at Primitive Pickings this Wednesday 6/3 so if you’d like to grab a loaf of your new favorite summer toast they’re open 9am-6pm for your convenience!

As for our 6/6 porch pickup menu we’ve got Everything Bagel Sourdough back up for grabs as well as our 3-pack Pistachio Chocolate Chip Cookies this week! We’ve got everything you need to start the month off right! Here are the menus:

🌞With the warm weather here and berries on everyone’s mind Barred & Bread’s Blueberry Cinnamon Bread is returning for the season!

🫐If you’ve never tried it you’ll definitely want to!

🍞What makes this bread so special is the flavor!

🫐Most blueberry breads put fresh blueberries right into the dough. This isn’t a bad thing but blueberries are actually very subtle in flavor so that flavor has a tendency to get lost.

🍞At Barred & Bread we use blueberry raisins! This brings out all of that rich berry flavor and sweetness! Combined with warm cinnamon, this bread will be your go-to summer breakfast toast!

Think of a blueberry coffee cake but in bread form!

Made with organic blueberries, flour, sugar, cinnamon.
Local milk and butter.
Sea salt and yeast.

Take your hamburgers 🍔 to the next level with none other than this classic French pastry bread!

Brioche is considered a Viennoiserie (“things in the style of Vienna”) which is the middle ground between a pastry and a bread. Hence, a “pastry bread” - and thank goodness for it!

With its rich buttery flavor and golden tender crumb brioche is a top tier bread confection! Once you’ve had them homemade from Barred & Bread, those store bought selections will only disappoint!

Tip: slice these buns to your desired thickness, slather the inside with butter, then give them a light toasting on a skillet before serving them with your burgers! That extra toasted flavor is the cherry on top!

Made with organic flour and cane sugar.
Local milk, butter and eggs.
Yeast and sea salt.
