Calistoga deserves the best and we are dedicated to using the best organic ingredients we can source for everything we make whenever possible. After trying out several options, and despite the cost, we’re sticking with Keith Guisto Bakery Supply Organic Rolled Oats, the star of our groovy granola. We survived the pandemic. We’re absorbing the tariffs. Crazy as it sounds, the absurd water costs in Calistoga will most likely be our undoing but that reality won’t hit until 2026. In the meantime, we got you and that temple that is your body.
