I am so sorry, folks—I honestly love the crispy, golden edges way too much (they smell and taste that good! 🤤), so I couldn't resist... I cut off all the edges to keep for myself! 🤫
So, for everyone picking up orders tomorrow, you're only getting the cloud-like, fluffy center pieces. Hope you don't mind! 😜 (Just kidding! Every loaf is intact with all its glorious edges, I promise—these photos just show off the crumb structure and snack-ready side project!)

🍞 Da’s Bread × Le Creuset — In-Store Demo!

I’m excited to share that Da’s Bread will be at Le Creuset at the Outlet Shoppes of Atlanta on Saturday, October 3, from 11 AM–4 PM!

If you love naturally leavened bread, you may also be someone who enjoys making sourdough at home.

That’s actually one of the reasons I’m especially excited about this event.

When I first started making sourdough bread at home many years ago, a cast-iron Dutch oven was one of my most important tools. It helped me get the heat, steam, and crust I was looking for — and it made baking artisan-style sourdough at home much more approachable.

Today, I’m lucky enough to bake bread for my community, but I still remember those early days of learning, experimenting, and figuring out how to make a great loaf in my own kitchen.

So if you’re interested in sourdough, naturally fermented bread, or simply curious about how I make Da’s Bread, come say hi and see the demo!
