Change of plans for today! I am terribly sorry but Cookie 🚌 will not be on the road today. This is the current temp on the bus, in the shade, and the generator powering the A/C has not been handling this heat very well. My heart condition cannot handle that, and as much as I love all of yall and the 🚌 ,it is NOT worth a hospital trip or a week in bed recovering.

I will be messaging those with bread orders for meeting/delivery this afternoon and we will pray for a break from this heat and see you guys next week!

Nimco next Friday for lunch, and Island Wooden Bridge Festival next Saturday!

Happy Monday! Tomorrow is the first day of September and the last 4 months of the year are my absolute favorite!! To celebrate, let’s do our first yeast bread preorder! 😍

Wild and free: GLUTEN, dairy, seed oil, refined sugar and egg free! $8/loaf

**Just a disclaimer about the gluten, I have designated utensils and will do my best to avoid cross-contamination but everything is made in the same kitchen so if you have a severe gluten allergy, please do not risk it 😊

Pick ups will be from Cookie 🚌 at the riverfront courts in Livermore Saturday (9/5) 4-7PM OR Monday (9/7, Labor Day) 8-11AM

Plans have unfortunately changed for today and I have to reschedule our Nimco set up for September 11th. I am so sorry for the inconvenience!

Tomorrow or Sunday afternoon we will still be in Livermore at some point, I will finalize things and update everyone this evening!

As we transition to a fall menu some of our flavors will be taking a break, so make sure you stop by this weekend or next to get them!

Yeast bread WILL be available this week, I have not perfected the gluten free just yet but it’s a work in progress 😊

With this being the last week before school starts, I have a few family scheduling conflicts that are going to keep me from taking the bus out or baking much this week.

This is the yeast bread I have started making for my family each week. I’m sure it could possibly be used as sandwich bread, it just never lasts long enough in my house to find out 🙈

Ours is always dairy, seed oil, refined sugar and egg free! I am trying gluten free for the next bake.
