Sourdough sandwich loaf 🍞😋

I truly love to bake. I love the smell in the air, the feel of the dough, and my children’s laughter in the background. I must say I have the cutest taste tester team this side of the Mississippi.

This loaf is for my wonderful neighbors who always send me delicious eggs and in return I share my baked goods.

Sourdough Pop Tarts! Lightly decorated with huge flavors! On the left is a Lemon Butter Jam filled pop tart and on the right is an Apricot Pineapple Jam pop tart.

Everything is homemade from scratch including my jams and fillings. I must give my wonderful mother-in-law credit for the apricot pineapple jam this time around! She makes wonderful jams and jellies and it pairs so perfectly with my pop tarts 🥰
