🩷✨A little life update from Archer’s Kitchen Co.

After a lot of thought, I’ve decided to temporarily pause accepting custom cake orders.

Between working a full-time job and preparing to welcome our sweet baby, I need to prioritize my health, my family, and this special season of life. While this wasn’t an easy decision, I know it’s the right one.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you to every single person who has supported my little bakery. Your orders, kind words, and encouragement have meant more than you know. I look forward to baking for you again when the time is right!

🐔 “Excuse me, do you have a moment to talk about fresh eggs?”

We’ve expanded the team! We now have 22 fresh faces added to Archer’s Kitchen Co., and these two wanted to introduce themselves… well, one of them did. The other is a little shy. 📸🤣

They are currently in training, and if all goes according to plan, by Spring 2027 we’ll be offering fresh Archer’s Kitchen Co. eggs! 🥚✨

They’re still learning the ropes, but they’re already excellent at quality control… and invading personal space. 🐔😂

Who knew our bakery would eventually come with its own egg department? 🐔🥚✨🧁

🍫❤️ Chocolate Covered Raspberry Cake ❤️🍫

This custom 10-inch, triple-layer Chocolate Covered Raspberry Cake was filled with layers of rich chocolate ganache and raspberry filling, then finished with chocolate buttercream, fresh raspberries, and a dark chocolate drip.✨

Chocolate and raspberry is one of those classic combinations that will never disappoint!🍫❤️

A little backyard moment💙🪺✨

The sweetest blue birds built their nest right outside the kitchen window, with the brightest blue eggs and mama has been staying close.

Moments like this remind me to slow down, to create with care, and to appreciate even the smallest details.

To be still, to notice, and to give thanks for all of creation.🪺✨

They’re 100% made from scratch.

We don’t use artificial lemon flavor.🚫
We don’t use dyes.🚫

That bright lemon flavor comes from fresh lemon zest and fresh lemon juice in every batch.🍋

Simple ingredients.
Real citrus flavor.
And just enough sweetness to make you come back for another one.

Spring is here and that means Lemon Drop SZN has arrived🍋✨

These little lemon drops are dressed in a bright lemon glaze and topped with a lemon white chocolate ganache swirl and candied lemon slices.

To finish them off, I added touches of blue baby’s breath for a soft spring feel since these were a birthday surprise for my Petals & Pastries bestie, Laney Harrison 💙🌸

Sweet, citrusy, and almost too pretty to eat. Almost.
