Had the pleasure of doing a rush order cake for a young lady. It was a challenge to do it all in one night but i did my best with the inspiration pics she sent me. My blue wouldn’t come out to the exact color on the cupcakes and she asked for strawberries instead of blueberries and chocolate molds.

So when i first started doing this i was using whipped icing, i didn’t realize at the time all the different things to consider when baking and decorating cakes. You never realize things that could happen until it happens to you in the process. These cakes were from a few years ago and I have come a long way since then. Proud of what I do then and what i have accomplished since then.
