C4 Corvette cake turned out to be so much fun to do and I learned so much while making it. I loved being able to surprise him with it!

Finding creative ways to make every detail of the car was super fun and I enjoyed trying my hand at something so complex!

note to self: definitely imprint the details into the fondant right away, don't do that after it dries😮‍💨

This Christmas cake really gave silver bells a run for their money.
Five golden rings who?

I experimented with gold luster dust and a spray bottle this year to create this solid gold gorgeous cake. Now that I’ve tested out all the hurdles, should be smooth sailing next time.

Keeping on the aviation theme….here is a Southwest Airlines inspired pilot hat cake!

My boyfriend’s dad flew with them for over 30 years and this was his birthday cake this year.

I modeled this after a more European styled shape, but decorated with the southwest design!

It’s almost life size too! I loved seeing it next to the real one.

Texturizing the fondant to look like fabric was SO MUCH FUN. I loved making this realistic cake.

Is it real or is it cake? Should I try it on?

Airport cake! 🛫 Last year for my boyfriend’s birthday I made him this cake of the Beaver Airport because he is a pilot and flys there all the time. Accurate numbers for the runway and to top it off a 3D printed mini version of his plane!

My favorite detail is the fact that the candles are the runway lights! 🛩️✨
