I currently have my stuffed shells in the oven but I have been whipping together bake goods! I experimented with my Tassie dough. Eggless cheese cake and also apricot. Along with making an apple pie with chopped pecans. ☺️

It has been a long time since I’ve been able to get baking! We are officially into holiday baking ❤️ my favorite time of year! Today, I have decided to experiment with my late Aunts cheese cake recipe. Home made cranberry sauce and raspberry glaze. For 2 separate swirl filled cheese cakes🤞 hope these two cakes turn out tasty! 🙏

Life has been a little hectic with personal life and my full time job. I really do apologize for not posting any baking these past few months. 😩. Slowly I am getting back to it. I am baking my traditional chocolate chip cookies tomorrow and thumb prints. Both cost $3.50 a baker’s dozen. If interested, let me know. Local pick up within 10 minutes of Burton only. All day Sunday
