Sorry I’ve been a little MIA — I’ve been out of the kitchen for almost three weeks after being sick off and on for the past couple of weeks 😞

I’m finally starting to feel human again and I’m hoping to be back in the kitchen this weekend getting things prepped so I can officially start baking again next Monday 🥖✨

Y’all have been absolutely loving my sourdough potato rolls, and because families kept asking for bigger pans… you’re getting them!

What’s changing?
Our pans used to come with 15 rolls, but they now come with a full 24-count pan — each roll weighing 70–75 grams pre-bake, soft, fluffy, and perfectly golden every time.
