My Swifty-loving nieces turned 10 earlier this month, which I still don’t quite believe because it was just a couple years ago I held them each in one arm. Had to add friendship bracelets for built-in best friends. 💖🩵

As 2025 comes to a close, I wanted to reflect on how much I’ve accomplished this year, juggling this little side business along with a full-time job and two small kids. The main highlight is becoming a member of the Burlington Chamber of Commerce, which came with the great perk of being featured on the rotating business wall in the center of town. Almost drove off the road when I first saw it!

More 2025 Shoobycakes Unwrapped highlights:
-400 decorated sugar cookies (not even going to count all the other type of cookies)
-25 custom cakes, where raspberry filling reigned supreme
-22 dozen cupcakes + a healthy handful of stragglers that went to friends and husband’s coworkers

Here’s me in all my glory along with some of my favorite bakes of the year. May 2026 be the sweetest yet.
