Ahhh the first 2026 customer loaves. I can't do them as often because life however, I still love intermittent baking for my customers. I do work full time now but man I love when things come together ❤️ happy belated 1 year anniversary of doing this to myself ❤️

Holy cow I'm alive I swear. This weather has been giving me some problems with my starter and it's been taking longer to rise and by then I am already starting work for the day. It's warming up so fingers crossed I can get some figured out ❤️
