🍞 Happy Baking Day🍞! There has been a change in delivery today due to Branch & Vine Herbs having to limit hours/be outside due to a collapsed sewer line at Bomber Mountain and the building being closed.
With all that said, I have a large order of bread 😆 needing good homes. I will be delivering to Branch & Vine Herbs today at 12:00pm. Since this was an unexpected change for everyone and I would love for all this 🍞 bread 🍞 to sell, so if you know you would like some of these items please message me with a direct order or get to Branch & Vine Herbs today at 12:00pm, Branch & Vine Herbs will only be open till 3:00pm today and with the building closure I am not sure what the hours will be the rest of the week.

October is almost here, and so are my October and November Baking Days Calendars. As always, I hope to stick as closely to them as I can with balancing sports and fall festivities.

Also, I have been keeping a little secret.😆 I have a new sourdough addition, George Fredrick! He is a Brown Rice Gluten-Free sourdough starter.

I am excited to say I have made Gluten- Free Focaccia so far. So, I am hoping to bake more with it and be selling some on my slow or off weeks. Please know these items will be for those who are gluten-sensitive, but not those with celiac. I am not able to have separate baking items at this time in my cottage bakery, and I would hate to even risk it. So stayed tuned for some Gluten-Free Focaccia and Dried Gluten-Free Starters ❤️...

I am loving this fall weather, and it has had me experimenting with a new flavor, 🍁Maple Oatmeal Sourdough 🍁. If you'd like to try the first round I am dropping off samples and a few loaves at Branch & Vine Herbs. I plan to add a bit more Organic Maple Syrup next round and less mixing so we can see the oatmeal more, but this one gives a hint of fall.❤️

Yes, I will be bringing bread to Branch & Vine Herbs tomorrow (Wednesday, September 23rd), I just wanted to get the orders open early, since the date is coming quick. Orders will need to be in by Saturday at 8am.

In the middle of my week off/hunting, I have been trying some new recipes...

I am excited to share I have 2 new flavors to add:
🍞Cranberry Roasted Walnut Sourdough
~ A fun infusion of sweet/tart cranberries with an added toasted crunch of walnuts. Toasted walnuts add such a great flavor in combination with the cranberries.

🌾Fresh Milled Roasted Spelt Sourdough Blend
~Spelt is an ancient grain with such a yummy nutty flavor. Yet, when it is roasted it is taken to another level and easier to digest. I have loved this accent grain, since I added it to my sugar cookie recipe. This loaf has a whole new taste of nutty wheat and a hint of honey.

I will have a limited amount of loaves Branch & Vine Herbs today and a few samples. This will also be added to my menu soon!
