🎉🎉Well, in my excitement yesterday I missed a bag in my box from AncientGrains.com.🎉🎉

Ancient Grains has donated not just one but, two 5lb bags of grains!❤️

We will be raffling off both the 🌾Organic Khorasan and Spelt Wheat Berries🌾 at my class next week. I can't wait for 2 of you to try these, they are definitely in my top 3 of favorite wheat berries.

It's here! I am so excited to be raffling off a 5lb bag of Organic Khorasan Wheat Berries at my "Berry to Bread: Intro to Sourdough and Fresh Milled Sourdough Class" Wednesday, June 10th at Johnson County Library.

This 5lb bag is truly gold! Khorasan is one of the ancient grains (which has not been genetically modified, like modern wheat) and is full of nutrition. It is the most beautiful gold color, and one of my favorites for baking sourdough items with.

🍞Happy Baking Day!🍞 Yes, I know it is Monday and not Wednesday. 😉 There will be a few weeks this summer that I will need to bake on Mondays instead of Wednesdays, due to scheduling conflicts with summer sports. So, thank you for understanding.
