To ensure the best experience and quality for all our customers, please read our policies carefully:
Ordering & Pre-Order Notice
• Regular orders must be placed 96hours in advance.
• Custom orders must be placed at least 1 week in advance.
• Event orders (large or special occasions) must be placed 2 weeks or more in advance.
Deposits & Payment
All orders require either:
◦ Full payment, or 50% non-refundable deposit to confirm the order. The deposit goes toward your total order!
• Payment methods accepted: Cash, Zelle, Chime, CashApp.
Pick-Up & Delivery
• Please arrive on time for your scheduled pickup/delivery.
• Do not arrive earlier or later than the agreed time without prior notice.
• If you arrive more than 20 minutes late without notice, a 5% late fee will be applied.
• If you arrive more than 1 hour late without notice, there will be a 10% late fee applied.
• If you arrive 2+ hours late without notice, your order will be canceled and no refund will be issued! 
• So if you are running late, please message immediately!!
• For delivery, please ask about availability and fees.
Custom Orders & Design Instructions
• All custom designs require detailed instructions at the time of booking.
• Orders are not started until instructions and payment deposit are received.
• We do not do same day custom orders!
Liability
• Ayra’s Bakery is not liable for any order once it has been picked up or delivered.
• Customers are responsible for handling and transporting orders safely after pickup/delivery.
Cancellations & Refunds:
• Regular orders: You may cancel up to 48 hours prior your scheduled pickup/delivery for a full refund.
• Custom orders: Cancellations must be made MORE than 72 hours prior to scheduled pickup/delivery for full refund. Deposits for custom orders are non-refundable if canceled WITHIN 72 hours timeframe of pickup/delivery.
• Bulk/event orders: MUST be canceled 1 week prior to the scheduled date for full refund. Any cancellations made LESS THAN 1 week before the scheduled date are non-refundable as preparations and ingredients are already allocated.
• Please contact us directly with any questions regarding cancellations, refunds or our policies before making any changes to your order to ensure a smooth experience. We kindly ask that all orders be placed in accordance with our policies. 
-Please plan ahead and respect scheduling, as we bake fresh, high-quality treats for each customer.
- 15% rush fees may apply for regular orders placed less than 48 hours in advance.
-For large events, multiple orders, or bulk orders, contact us to confirm availability and scheduling!
