Made with the same long, overnight fermentation as my sourdough breads and bagels, these sourdough banana bread mini loaves have just the right amount of sweetness and come in three varieties:
• Plain
• Chocolate Chip
• Walnut

I was so excited about figuring it out last week that I forgot to take product photos of my test loaves. 🤦‍♀️ So for now, you’ll have to settle for the Canva graphic and take my word for it that it exists and it is delicious.

Sorry for the late notice — I was trying to figure out pickups while we were in the evacuation zone. But now that Garden Grove is apparently not going to explode anymore… back to bread. 😅

This week has a quick turnaround, so please order as soon as possible if you’d like anything. I’m traveling for work Thursday evening/Friday, but my son will be here to hand off Thursday orders.

WEDNESDAY: 3 sourdough loaves available!

THURSDAY: Unsliced bread only, plus challah, cookies, or crackers. When ordering on the website, please do not choose the slicing option for Thursday orders — I won’t be able to slice that day.

My sourdough bread, topped with Crème Fraiche, avocado, a fresh bright red volunteer tomato that I found in my garden, and of course, finished with a sprinkle of kosher salt. Most excellent breakfast! Or… lunch… whatever time it is.

I'm back from the Grand Canyon and getting right back to the kitchen with a few updates and improvements:

I’m moving to online ordering, which should make things simpler and smoother for everyone, and I’m also updating some prices to better reflect ingredient and labor costs.

New pricing includes:
Chocolate chip cookies: $20/dozen
Specialty cookies: $24/dozen
Sliced loaves: $2
Bagel toppings: $0.25 each
Crackers: $10

I’ve done my best to keep prices low, but as the business grows, I need pricing that better matches the work that goes into each item.

If you’ve been ordering with me from the beginning and you're on my weekly text notifications, check your messages for a little thank-you from me before the new pricing fully takes effect.
