This is my latest creation! I made this for my daughter's 20th birthday celebration.

The bottom is vanilla cake, the middle is chocolate cake, the top is a strawberry cake under a 6" vanilla cake. All of them have a strawberry filling and a whipped cream cheese frosting.

This is a cake I made for my Mom & Grandma's quilting guild meeting. The pattern on top is a quilt pattern called "Disappearing 9 patch" There are 4 gum paste/fondant flowers that I made, and 4 royal icing flowers I also made. All ingredients are made from scratch, including the royal icing.

Here's the Star Wars ice cream cake I made. It's my first ice cream cake, ever.

It's an 8" round, vanilla cake with whipped cream cheese frosting. I baked two 3"deep cakes, carved out the centers and placed the Breyer's oreo ice cream is in the center of the cake. This allowed the ice cream to be fully insulated, while I frosted and decorated the cake.

This is a 3-tier cake I made for my niece's birthday party tonight!

So, this is a vanilla sheet cake on the bottom, strawberry 10" round with strawberry puree and fresh cut strawberries for the filling in the middle, and a 6" round chocolate cake on top. All tiers have cream cheese whipped frosting , and the middle tier is covered with fondant. And as usual, everything was made from scratch! 😁😁
