Hi.

This has been a difficult, heart wrenching decision for me to come to. Today is my final "official" order from The Gluteny Cakery/Bakery. You may have already seen my "closed" notices. 2025 dealt me a hefty blow healthwise and I had to make some decisions.

I love baking gluten free cakes. I intend on continuing to bake, just not enough to sustain this business. Supplies, website fees, gas, and time are difficult. As much as I love seeing reactions and hearing feedback (sometimes not so good, 😅), I just can't physically keep up. My website is shutting down as is the email account.

Will I be back? Maybe not in this scale, but there are so many of you who have been with me from the very beginning and I love you so very much. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for supporting me and my family for over a decade.

Final wedding of 2024! I've always wanted to create a wintry, Christmas-ey wedding cake. This gorgeous buttercream beauty was featured this past weekend and I couldn't love her any more. I get questions on "is the cake heavy?" Well, fun facts for you guys - 2 pounds of freshly sliced strawberries, 15 pounds of frosting, 3 full sized cartons of egg whites and 25 cups of flour are just a small fraction of what this cake is made up of!

What happens when you suddenly get a full time job and it's your first week at work and you have a Thursday wedding? You hire your husband to deliver the wedding cake. I cannot thank him enough for his help yesterday taking this minimalist design cake to The Springs in Cypress. He is the best business and life partner.
