UPDATE: a blade has made its way off the slicer. Just our luck. This will take some time to fix because you have to take the whole machine apart. Hoping to have it back and running Saturday or Sunday.

Our Bread Slicer is FIXED!

Sorry to anyone who was without bread last week due to no slicing. Anyway, we’re open 10a - 6p and have all the favorites.

Bread slicing starts at 2:00pm (the loaves have to completely cool before being sliced)

We have two new items available today!

🫐 Blueberry Cream Cheese Brioche: local blueberries from Missing Pines Farm

And the Schwein Pepper, which is a new pizza for pizza night. It has local peppers and Lou’s Gourmet Sausage. And you gotta try it with our smoked paprika honey drizzle 🍯

We have some very sad news…🥺

Currently our bread slicer is out of service. Poor thing broke a blade and will be down for the count. We’re actively getting replacement blades and trying to get it back in working condition.

You asked…so we’re giving it a try.
Today (8/8) & tomorrow (8/9) we’ll have a smaller version of our Heritage Sourdough available. Same exact bread, same flavor and texture—just a little better portioned for solo bread eaters, smaller households, or anyone who likes to pretend they don’t eat that much bread. 🫣

We’ll see how it goes this weekend, so stop by and give it a try!
