So I had some bread that was way overproofed and it turned out pretty dense. So rather than throwing it out while cursing and throwing a tantrum (like I normally would), I made this.

Creamy Sourdough Bread Pudding with dried cranberries, blueberries, raisins, walnuts, chocolate chips, and a scandalous caramel sauce.
