I made 70 loaves for this market. That’s more than I ever thought I could physically make. That 12+ hours of baking on loaves alone. And I did it all on my own. From prepping the ingredients, to mixing the dough and labeling every single package and setting up/taking down this market completely alone!! I am honestly in disbelief that I pulled it off.
