If you’re not originally from Louisiana, you may not know what the Rougarou is… 👀🐺

The Rougarou is a legendary creature from Louisiana folklore, often described as a werewolf-like creature that lurks around the swamps and bayous of South Louisiana. 🌙🌿

And around here, the name Rougarou seemed fitting for a loaf with a little bite to it. 😉

Our Rougarou Sourdough is packed with chili onion crunch, a blend of cheeses, and fresh green onions. 🌶️🧀🧅

Savory, cheesy, a little spicy, and full of flavor. Definitely a loaf with some Louisiana personality! ⚜️

A little behind-the-scenes look at our sourdough sandwich bread during lamination. There’s something so satisfying about seeing that gluten develop! 🤎

That stretchy, webby dough is exactly what we want to see before it goes into the pan. 🥖✨
