Let me introduce myself...

Welcome to Scratch and Savor Baked Goods. A micro-bakery focusing on creating sourdough, other breads, cookies, pastries, and breakfast items, completely from scratch in small batches. Located in Brookville, Pennsylvania.

Every item is made with a love and passion for making breads and pastries. Everything is made completely from scratch and with recipes that were developed from years of working in the hospitality industry across the country.

Scratch and Savor was created by Michaela. I have almost a decade of experience working in the hospitality industry. I attended IUP Culinary School and have been working in many restaurants, hotels, and resorts across the country. I made a move back to my hometown to pursue my goal of opening a micro-bakery.

I also will be accepting any custom orders.

Some sourdough i baked today. Still working on a few things for the new year.

I made some christmas cookies for a friend for the Holidays. The boxes included, gingerbread men, chocolate chip cookies, smores cookies, and my grandmother's old fashioned sugar cookies.

So I'm working on a sourdough recipe, and trying to get it just right. It came out pretty good yhis time. Next year I'm planning on being able to offer sourdough and other breads for sale, I'm still working out all of the details right now.
