Hey! My name is Jessica. I began baking sourdough bread with my starter, Glinda, because I was tired of the harsh chemicals and preservatives found in store-bought bread. I wanted to provide my family with wholesome and natural ingredients, free from these harmful substances. As I improved my baking skills I realized my breads were absolutely delicious, so I started sharing my creations with family and friends.

While baking and gifting bread, I realized how much I genuinely enjoy the process. I love the art of sourdough baking and the satisfaction of creating something special for my loved ones to savor. Moreover, sourdough is a healthier alternative to store-bought breads.

I plan to launch a website where I can take orders starting May 1st. However, there will be a 2-day notice requirement for orders, as sourdough requires time, love, and patience to produce.
