Reminder, I am going on a small vacation this week! I’ll be away September 28th & I will be back to accept orders again on Monday Oct. 5th.

If you want bread or yummy treats make your way down toFrom The Roots Farm & Gardenns farm stand. I have it stocked this weekend. They are open until 6:30 tonight and again tomorrow morning at 9:00.

Get your bread while it’s HOT. My mistake, I did not remember that From The Roots Farm & Garden was opening today. It is common ground fair weekend, shame on me for forgetting.

Anyways, my products can’t get any fresher than they are. If you see condensation on the bags, it’s because they were packaged right out of the oven. I normally let them cool before bagging.

🌾 A Little Note to My Valued Customers 🌾

I’ll be taking a little time away the week of September 28th, so Two Tides Baking Co. will be taking a short break from baking. ❤️

I’ll be back and baking fresh for pre-orders, the co-op, and farm stands October 5th! 🍞

If you know you’ll miss your sourdough while I’m away, this is a great time to grab an extra loaf or two and freeze them for later. Sourdough freezes beautifully!

❄️ How to freeze your sourdough:
For the best results, let your loaf cool completely, then wrap it tightly in plastic wrap or foil and place it in a freezer bag. You can freeze the loaf whole or slice it first if you’d like to pull out just what you need.

🔥 How to bring it back to life:
For a whole loaf, let it thaw at room temperature, then place it in a 350°F oven for about 10–15 minutes to refresh the crust and warm the inside.

For frozen slices, you can pop them straight into the toaster or warm them in the oven until heated through.

A little planning now means you can still enjoy that fresh-baked sourdough taste even while I’m taking a little break! 🥖🤎
