Happy Belated Birthday Lucas! Hope your 9th birthday was a good one! Chocolate cake with chocolate frosting decorated with chocolate clay facial features! The orange was also made from chocolate clay and even flavored to taste like an orange😉
I had no idea how popular Capybaras were until after making Lucas’s cake! My sister and I saw so much Capy merchandise on our recent shopping trip!

Premiere Couture’s Fall Open House is happening September 24th from 5-7pm! This is the night for couples to jumpstart their wedding planning journey. What do you get when you come to this awesome event? Great question!

We survived one of the busiest weekends ever for the bakery! So…….was there enough frosting in that 20 quart mixing bowl to frost 335 mini (3x2 inch) cakes? Answer- NO!
We actually used 2 -20 quart bowls of frosting and a wee bit of a single recipe😳
Time- 27 hours with 3-4 people frosting and piping beaded borders on the cakes😳
Baking time is unknown🤷‍♀️

Delivery- Swan Barn Door in the Wisconsin Dells- 6:45 pm.
12 full sheet boxes carried through the pouring rain into the venue as placing them on the patio as originally planned wasn’t a viable option🤦‍♀️

This was possible with the help of my sister, Janella, Froster Extraordinaire!! I am so blessed that she was able to drive up from Southern MO to help!!
I can’t forget to also thank Ron, Jason, Katie and Caryn!!

Congratulations Alissa and Sean Crull! It is always fun to make a 200+ serving tiered cake😊 Guests enjoyed Chocolate Amaretto with an almond filling, Lemon Poppyseed with lemon, Raspberry Swirl with raspberry filling and a Chocolate with turtle filling.
