So in the Philippines there’s this bake shop called and they have this Mango Bravo cake that’s just RIDICULOUS. Naturally, I had to have a go at it 😎 not too shabby for a first shot! Chiffon cake, chocolate mousse, cashew meringue, and mangos galore 🥹 the ganache drip…didn’t work out so Costco came in clutch with some chocolate syrup lmao you gotta do what you gotta do. But what I DO know is i’m gonna make it again ☺️

✨A reminder✨
Posts on socials tend to only be the perfect end result. We don’t see or show the attempts that went south, the shots that look like s**t, or the inexplicable way a bake went haywire. So if you’re baking or cooking anything and it goes south, it’s okay!! It doesn’t mean you suck, it doesn’t mean you should quit, and it doesn’t mean you can’t do it. I love you and I love these cracked-ass macaron shells that rained on me this past weekend 😂 learning opportunities, I suppose? Y’all. I think I’m getting hang of this macaron business ✨😎💖 we got these babes filled with some straight up dulce de leche PLUS some pastry cream with dulce de leche folded right in! These hit the SPOT, and what’s better is that we made them together 💖💖 catch the whole stream in 2 parts in the IGTV vids on my feed! Every year, we like to bake holiday cookies and this year we knew that it was more important than ever to send those packages of love to those who were feeling the pressure from the pandemic. A true to last holiday when I had no idea what to do with leftover cookies and my husband was like cookie butter! So I took a bunch of leftover gingerbread and made gingerbread cookie butter with half and the other half went into the shell. Topped it with meringue and torched it until it was toasty and it was ALL sorts of d e l i c i o u s 😍😍😍 this is gonna make a reappearance this year 👀👀 @ Brookline, Massachusetts

IT’S PIE TIME, BABES 💖🥧 mini apple pies, to be exact! 🍏🍎 we wanted to give some warmth to our local friends and so we made these mini apple pies - the filling is super complex with fresh herbs and warm spices all in a buttery, flaky crust 🤤 ...good thing we had extras lmao
