I'm so excited to start incorporating fresh milled flour into more of my bakes
You may have already
tasted it, einkorn is currently used in my muffins, giving them that soft, tender texture and rich, slightly nutty flavor.
Fresh milled flour means I'm grinding whole grains right before baking using a home flour mill. This keeps all the natural parts of the grain intact with nothing stripped away, so you get more flavor, more of the vitamins and nutrients, and that deeper whole grain flavor.
Many people also find it easier to digest, and it adds a depth you just can't get from traditional store-bought flour.
This is just the beginning, and I can't wait to share more with you
