One year with my Simply Bread oven 🎂✨

Investing in this oven completely changed what I’m able to do. It gave me the consistency, capacity, and confidence to grow my little home bakery into something bigger than I imagined. Truly — I couldn’t bake the volume or quality I do without it.

So grateful I took the leap, grateful for every order that fills it, and grateful for all of you who keep me baking. Here’s to another year of flour, fermentation, and lots more loaves. 🥖🤍

I LOVE bagels but between homeschooling, baking 400+ cookies and 80 loaves of bread a week, and regular life, I don’t have time to make bagels…enter bagel bread!

I took my original sourdough recipe and added some everything bagel seasoning to it and boiled my loaf before baking as I would with regular bagels. Now I can get my bagel fix with a simple loaf of bread 😍🙌🏼

If my year had a cake… it would be covered in flour, shaped like a loaf, and decorated with crumbs + cookie sprinkles. 🤭

Big news, friends — Rise Bakery has a new name! 🥖✨
From now on, we’ll be known as Emily’s Dough House.

While I’m sad to say goodbye to the name that started it all, I’m so excited for this new chapter — one that feels even more personal and true to what I do every day: creating small-batch sourdough from my home kitchen, by hand, with love (and lots of flour on my sleeves).

Everything you love — the loaves, the care, the community — stays exactly the same. Only the name on the bag is changing. ❤️

Thank you for continuing to support this little dough dream of mine. Here’s to fresh beginnings (and even fresher bread)! 🍞
