Emmy’s Place - Danish Baked Goods Home baked goods, made with Organic Ingredients. Baked in a home kitchen, by a real Danish baker! My name is Kristina. I graduated from Union High School.

I am a Danish native transplanted to Oklahoma. I was very young when I moved to the States. I have a wonderful husband, and one daughter. My Mormor’s name was Emmy and I thought it would be great to pay tribute to her when creating this bakery. I have always had a passion for baking. Always loved it. I have always loved anything Danish! I wanted to create a Danish Kringle recipe that tasted just l

ike home- Danmark! So I tried and tried and finally created it! And it is fantastic! I also smoke pies! It gives them a crunchy, Smokey soft, goodness!
