Artisan Cakes LLC I provide custom cakes for all occasions. Serve-Safe Certified for food safety and handling. Please I use rice cereal treats on a very minimum basis.

All figurines, flowers, and/or plaques on my cakes are handmade out of royal icing, sugarpaste or chocolate. Although considered edible, some contain an occasional wire or toothpick for rigidity and are not flavored to taste good. Many of these figurines are requested by my clients and take hours of work.

The list on the side is the birthdays of family members, 12 is the birthday age, and it held a secret...removed plug on top, inserted a spout, and out pumped root beer! oh, the mini jug is a xmas ornament

I had a great time at the International Cake Fair in Orlando! Even though I went by myself, I met some wonderful ladies from Ohio, Linda-owner and Marci from Our Cupcakery and Stacy Wimbly from Creative Cakes and More in Michigan. I can't wait to use some of my new ideas on cake! I also joined ICES while I was there. I found out I am one of 9000 icing angels who belong to Icing smiles, and even saw the Cake Boss on stage. Whew! Now I'm home diving into all the stuff I learned in my classes!
