These were my very first sourdough loaves, and it’s safe to say I had absolutely no idea what I was doing. 😅

I was just hoping they would turn out somewhat edible. Since then, there have been plenty of successes, plenty of mistakes, and countless lessons learned along the way. That’s one of the things I love most about sourdough—there’s always something new to learn.🍞❤️

Feeling pretty lucky to be the baker… because when the craving for a chocolate croissant hits, I can just bake a whole sourdough loaf inspired by it. Buttery layers, melty chocolate, and a little sourdough magic. 🍫🥐🍞
