🍞 Time to Secure Your Sourdough for Wednesday! 🍞

Hello everyone! To ensure every loaf gets the proper time for our long, slow fermentation process, our preorder window is closing tonight at midnight.

Because we craft our bread using traditional methods and 100% organic, non-GMO ingredients, the dough needs plenty of time to develop that perfect flavor, open crumb, and beautiful crust before hitting the oven.

Reserve your favorite boules, batards, and ancient grain loaves now, and they will be baked fresh just for you!

Working on Wednesdays? We've got you covered! 🍞✨

By popular demand from our clients who can't make it during our normal Wednesday distribution hours, we’ve added a new after-hours pickup option! We just set up an outside cabinet on the patio of our Brasstown Studio (where we normally do off-season pickups).

Now you can still get your weekly bread, even if you get off work late.
