Pricing Sheet for Barham Bakes

Prices slightly higher when adding custom sugar characters or sugar work, these prices are basic starting points before adding additional, custom work. Price/Servings (approx):
Petite round 6" $25 8-10
Small round 8" $35 10-14
Small square 8"x 8" $35 10-14
Medium round 10" $45 16-20
Large round 12" $65 25-30
Round 2 tier 8"/6" $65 20-25
Round 2 tie

r 10"/8" $75 30-35
Round 3 tier 10"/8"/6" $85 35-45
Round 2 tier 12"/10" $75 40-50
Round 3 tier 12"/10"/8" $120 60-70
Round 4 tier 12"/10"/8"/6" $150 70-80

Height of tiers can be adjusted to serve more than suggested. Shaped cakes: star, football, baseball, basketball, ladybug, crown, butterfly - $30

Cupcakes - $20 per dozen with decoration or $15 for plain frosted
Mini cupcakes - $10 per dozen
Jumbo cupcakes - $30 per dozen with decoration or $25 for plain frosted
Cupcake cake - $35

Sugar cookies, shaped and decorated - $35 per dozen, minimum 2 dozen if only ordering cookies, minimum 1 dozen if ordering with additional item (cake, cupcakes, cake pops, etc)

Cake Pops - $15 per dozen if only ordering 1 dozen, $12 per dozen if ordering 2 dozen or more, price slightly higher for custom items or character work beyond basic sprinkles and/or drizzle

Wedding cakes - $2.00 per person for basic buttercream icing with simple design
$2.50 per person for fondant covered or elaborate design
Fresh flowers added must be provided by you or your florist on day of delivery

🍋🫐 I just had to give this beauty a regular photo post. My sweet friend ordered a lemon blueberry cake, so I did lemon cake with fresh blueberries, blueberry compote between each layer, lemon buttercream, and topped her off with candied lemon slices. I made a tiny sample out of all the scraps, and y’all…this might be the tastiest cake ever.

I’d love to invite everyone to stop by Cooper’s lemonade stand this Saturday! We will be located by Apple Annie’s on Grants Ferry Road. He will have some cool flavors of lemonade, iced sugar cookies, my “famous” cinnamon sugar roasted pecans, candy kebabs, and treats for your pups! A portion of his sales will go to the Rankin County Animal Shelter, AND if you bring in a dog food donation you get a free cup of lemonade!!
