Sweet Luxe by Kirsten β Policies & Guidelines
ORDERING & PAYMENT
β’ All custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve your date. No date is secured without a deposit.
β’ Final balance is due 48 hours before pickup or delivery. No payment = no treats!
β’ Rush orders (less than 5 daysβ notice) may include a rush fee based on design and availability.
β’ I have a full-time job, so orders are accepted based on availability. Please book early and plan ahead!
PRICING
β’ My prices are based on the time, materials, and creativity that go into each order.
β’ Prices are firm and non-negotiable. Please respect the value of my work and the love I put into every treat.
β’ Custom orders vary in price depending on size, design complexity, and detail.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
β’ Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
β’ If canceled 7+ days in advance, any additional payment (minus deposit) may be credited toward a future order.
β’ Cancellations made within 7 days of pickup/delivery are not eligible for a refund or credit.
β’ No refunds for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
CHANGES TO ORDERS
β’ Small changes (color, text, etc.) must be made at least 5 days in advance.
β’ Larger changes (theme, size, flavor) may not be possible and could affect pricing.
PICKUPS
β’ Pickup times are scheduled in advance and must be followed β late pickups may require rescheduling.
β’ If we agree on a pickup time and youβre late, please understand β I have a life too and wonβt be waiting all day.
β’ If you miss your scheduled time, you may need to wait until Iβm available again or reschedule for another day.
β’ A $10 late pickup fee will be added if you are more than 15 minutes late without prior communication
β’ After 30 minutes with no contact, your order may be marked unclaimed.
β’No refunds or remakes will be issued for no-shows.
WEATHER & DELIVERY
β’ Sweet Luxe is not responsible for damage due to weather or heat. Keep cakes and treats in a cool environment.
β’ Delivery is limited, must be requested in advance, and includes a fee based on location.
ALLERGIES & LIABILITY
β’ Sweet Luxe is not a nut-free or allergy-free kitchen. Always inform me of any allergies when placing your order.
β’ Once items are picked up or delivered, Sweet Luxe is no longer responsible for damage or mishandling.
