Adding a carrot cake to my menu!!

I’m so excited to be able to share this with you all. 🩷
This is my FAVORITE cake of all times.
This moist, delicious cake starts with organic flour and is filled with quality ingredients (organic when possible) such as carrots, pineapple, nuts, raisins and topped with a cream cheese icing (as any respectable 🥕 cake should!) . You will be hard pressed to find one that is comparable!

As always…I never use teflon or silicon when baking and I always use the best ingredients I can source.

This cake is one size (2x 8” cakes) and decorated as pictured, ready for your cake topper!

My menu is currently being updated, and fall/winter classes are in the works!

I have been asked so many times over the years to do a canning class. It’s not something I can add right now but if you want to learn…follow this account! She is awesome and she teaches like I do. She is real, easy to follow, tells you the approved way and the “rebel” way. She also does a good variety of water bath, steam, and pressure canning so you can truly learn it all!

Did anyone else pick up Cunningham peaches today?

What are you planning to do with yours?

I had a sweet and spicy craving so I spooned this warm sweet peachy topping on top of a slice of toasted and buttered jalepeno cheddar bread. Omg!!! So good!

Took no time at all! Here’s what I threw together….

I took two peaches, quartered, pulled the seed. Tossed in a pan. Added a couple teaspoons of sugar and mashed them down with a potato masher and let them cook for about 10 minutes. (I picked the skins out with a fork and put them on a plate to cool, they were tasty!)

My diet today consisted of sourdough, raw milk and peaches 😂
