Welcome to Essie’s Eats! My name is Caleb Clark, and I am looking to offer a variety of food and desserts locally! I’ve been in the kitchen since 2016 and it’s a passion that I hope develops into a career!

A little about me, I am originally from Kentucky but I’ve lived up north most of my life until college where I found myself back in Kentucky at a Bible college. That is where I met my beautiful wife Andrea and followed her all the way back to Mississippi! We have a little firecracker of a one year old daughter Essie. She is our world and I couldn’t think of a better way to represent my business than to have her involved!

So here I am looking to provide you with all the sweet treats! I hope to branch out to offer some other foods on hand, but right now I offer my infamous pumpkin rolls, brownies, cookies, cakes, & dessert platters! We do offer pans of certain pastas as well. The most requested is the chicken or shrimp Alfredo. This is Italian inspired and made from scratch.

Everything is made from scratch and my pumpkin rolls are even baked from garden grown pumpkins.😃
