I tried a new recipe for the cake icing... Whipped icing. I think I like it. I also tried a new decorating technique... Frozen buttercream transfer. I think it worked pretty well. The cake is my favorite yellow cake.

A simply decorated white cake with a sugarpaste carnation on top. I think the flower turned out pretty good.
