A little life update from Fig + Flour Baking Co.

This past year has been a busy one for our family! We officially made it through our oldest son's senior year, and we've also been in the middle of building our forever home. Between football games, senior events, graduation celebrations, staying involved and active in our church and construction decisions, baking had to take a temporary back seat.

The good news? Senior year is behind us, our new home is almost complete, and I can't wait to break in a brand-new kitchen!

Thank you for your patience, support, and understanding during this season. I've truly missed being in the kitchen creating sweet treats for all of you.

I plan to begin accepting orders again sometime in August, and I'll share more details as we get closer.

It has been a crazy school year for our family with a senior and trying to stay involved in all the activities that come with it. Because of that, we haven’t been in the kitchen nearly as much as we’d like.

Today we finally had a little break in the schedule, so we spent most of the day doing what we love, baking.

All of today’s goodies will be donated to the NSAG Missions Ministry Cake Auction, to help raise funds for their summer mission trip to Honduras. We’re thankful to be able to support such a meaningful cause and pray their trip will be a blessing to everyone they serve.

Fig + Flour will also be donating items to the HCHS Beta Club for their upcoming bake sales on February 13th and February 20th. We’re grateful for the opportunity to support these amazing students and the organizations that pour into them.

It’s been a busy few months as we’ve been preparing for SENIOR 💙 YEAR around our home. 🫣 Such an exciting and bittersweet season!

This year’s sales will be split between HCHS Project Graduation, and NSAG Missions Summer Trip which makes them extra special.🎓🤍

Custom cake orders will be limited for the rest of the school year, and we won’t be taking any wedding cake orders until after graduation.
