Did you know marshmallows started out as medicine and used marshmallow root?

Marshmallow root helps soothe sore throats, helps break up mucus, suppresses coughs, relives heartburn, and helps boast your immune system.

With cold and flu season here I wanted to start offering these on my menu, if you are interested, they will be available at the bolivar farmers market tomorrow!
