I have enjoyed every moment of this journey with you all. Every birthday cake and market hug. The Boise Vegan community will forever have a piece of my heart.
I have been saying often lately and I mean it so deeply, I know that when I am at the end looking back at the things I’ve done in my life, this era will be a bright spot. The friends that have become family and the love we all shared helped mold me into the person I will take into the next part of our life.
The future for me will be spent helping my kids prepare for adulthood, focusing on my health and starting again in a new place. If you have any friends in PDX please connect us!
I will work to continue to release all our recipes for you all and I hope you will all continue to enjoy all your favorites without me.
