The region in the heart of Romania, Transylvania, is where the Chimney Cake (Kürtőskalács) originated. What do Chimney Cakes and the vampire Dracula have in common? Both are from Transylvania! Now, we would like to share with you our childhood memories by introducing this very unique oven baked pastry.

So exciting to see a new chapter for this great community! ❤️
Starting November 7th, the Boise Farmers Market will be moving to its permanent new home at the Idaho Botanical Garden. 🌿
Our hardworking and dedicated farmers, ranchers, growers, makers, and so many others rely on this community and on your support.
Please follow them to their new location and continue supporting your local farmers and ranchers. They work hard to keep our local food system—and our community—alive and thriving.
