Our Semla bun is a beloved Swedish pastry, reimagined with our signature sourdough brioche—soft, rich, and naturally fermented for that perfect depth of flavor.

For Mother’s Day week, we’re introducing something extra special: Chocolate Macadamia Semla 💝
Filled with silky chocolate cream, topped with light mascarpone cream, and finished with toasted macadamia nuts for the perfect crunch.

We use premium chocolate from Cacao Barry—a renowned French chocolate company with over 175 years of expertise, known for sourcing high-quality cacao and crafting exceptional, deeply flavorful chocolate.
