It’s been a while since I’ve introduced myself, and there’s hundreds of new faces here 🥹 So hi, I’m Nicole! 👋🏼 The baker and brain behind The Wild Loaf 🍞🌿✨

I’m a Board Certified Behavior Analyst turned full time sourdough dealer. I work afew hours each week with kids with autism/their families, and the rest of the week am running a bakery from home (and trying to keep it all together😉)! This hobby-turned side hustle- turned full time business has quickly turned into a lifestyle that I love and I wouldn’t have it any other way! 🍞

My bakery started in July 2024 and operates under Florida’s Cottage Food Laws. It’s a super cool setup where I get to bake from home and sell direct to consumer. Thanks so much for the support and for following along on this wild journey. 🌿

I can’t believe how much The Wild Loaf has grown, the joy and love you all have brought to it, and the community that has gathered around to help it flourish. This is only the beginning.✨
