I’ve been hard at work on dough, deliveries and back to school schedules. Something I’ve been working on is documenting of all of the goodies I’ve been working on behind the scenes.

Introduced a new loaf this week including Whole Cell flour produced here in Ohio! Many gluten sensitive individuals report this flour to be very gentle on their gut.

☀️The only bakes for July are scheduled for the 3rd, 4th, 7th, 28th & 31st. Be sure to stock up on your favorites as varieties will be limited.
