It is not a secret that the amount of chemicals, dyes, and hormone disruptors in our food and home care products are more than any country in the world. The more research I did, the more my eyes were opened. I want to KNOW that what I am having my family put in and on their bodies is h

ealthy and safe for them. This journey started with sourdough, and quickly led to making most things in my household from scratch. God provides ALL that we need, we just have to open our eyes and know how to use it. Let me do the legwork of finding the recipes and products that work and are safe, then I will share them with YOU!

WEEK OF 8/24 MENU! 👏

This week is LOADED with some delicious goodies and of course nutritious bread that you don't want to miss! And of course the permanent menu is available to order from at any time!

This week week we have:
🟠 Daily Bread (don't forget your bread Oil Mix to go with it! 😉)

🟠 Sandwich Loaf- delicious and soft with clean ingredients! Perfect for you or your kids sandwiches for the week!

🟠 Raspberry White chocolate

This is definitely my favorite flavor loaf yet! This loaf is a sweetened Daily Bread loaf loaded with an entire canister of fresh raspberries and an entire real white chocolate bar! I am not going to lie, it is a fruity flavor explosion! 🤤

🟠 Garlic-Butter Parm Focaccia -
8x8- perfect to pair with some Italian or soup for dinner! 😍

And last, but not least...
🟠 Salted Maple Pecan Sourdough Granola
Comes in a 10oz resealable bag! Perfect for snacking or in yogurt! I can't keep my kids out of this!

Pick up days this week are :

ANNOUNCEMENT!!! 📣

On September 1st, R Daily Bread will be switching to all organic flour!! This has been in the works behind the scenes for about a month! Willa (my sourdough starter), has been getting fed with organic flour, and starting the first week of September, all loves will be baked with it as well!

The whole purpose of starting this business was to provide my family and yours with food and products that have clean and safe ingredients. I have always used unbleached flour, however after what I have recently learned about flour in America (more to come on this later this week), I feel confident that using organic flour is a necessity. This is going to cause me to have to adjust my prices just slightly, but my hope is that the trade-off will be worth it to you all as well!

The second new thing coming on September 1st is the start of a bread subscription! Want a loaf every week, but don't want to have to worry about remembering to order? The bread subscription is for you! 😉 Subscription customers will also receive $1 off every loaf as well! (See the flyer below for more info!)

My goal is to have high quality product and an easy system, and I hope these two improvements will ensure healthier premium loaves, and a reliable hassle-free routine for you! ❤️

YOU GUYS!!! I am SO excited!!😍

Thanks to my awesome brother-in-law at Craven Auctioneering, I was able to score this BEAUTIFUL antique pie-safe! This thing is likely circa 1880-1920...and the inner pioneer girl in me is swooning.

So from here on out, this is where your bread will be proofing and cooling! 🙌

And above it is a painting of the creek I grew up playing in, a piece of pottery, and a 1940s cook book that were all my grandparents! So, this little corner in my kitchen is pretty special.❤️

WEEK OF 8/17 MENU! 📣

This week's menu has our first fall-y teaser...
🔸Maple Pecan 🍁😍

This loaf is infused with pure maple syrup, and freshly roasted pecans! 🤤 We may have been so excited to cut into this that I forgot to take a picture of the whole loaf!

Then we have:
🔸The traditional -Daily Bread (as always!...keep reading for something to go with this!!),
🔸The sandwich loaf (pretty sure this is going to find a permanent spot on the sourdough menu)
🔸 And another round of CC cookies! 🍪

I also have two items that are getting added to the non-bread menu this week!...And they are GOOD ones! Just A reminder that this menu is permanent, and anything off of this menu can be ordered at any time! 🙌

Drum Roll Please !!! 🥁

🔸The first new item is my Bread Oil Mix! Getting a Daily Bread loaf this week and want to add some flair? These 1-serving packets are only $3. Simply mix the contents into 1/4 cup Olive Oil, dip, and enjoy! In the words of my oldest..."This stuff is bomb-diggity!" 😅

🔸And the final item is R Daily Bread Laundry detergent! I have tested multiple natural laundry detergent recipes and I finally found the one that is the keeper! I have been using this for months now and I LOVE it! Look out for a post tomorrow with more info about this awesome product! 🤩

This week's pick up days will be Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday! Orders must be in 2 days before your desired pickup date to give me time to prep the dough!
